AT THE END OF EACH MONTH YOU WILL BE GIVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN YOUR X. EACH X HAS A TRAINING ASPECT THAT WILL CHALLENGE YOU MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONAL.

YOU WILL RECEIVE PERSONAL GUIDANCE DURING THIS PROGRAM FROM A PROFESSIONAL TRAINER/FIGHTER. TOGETHER WITH A TEAM YOU WILL WORK ON YOUR PERSONAL GOALS AND ACHIEVE THEM DURING THIS PROGRAM.

AFTER EARNING THREE X’S YOU WILL BE RECOGNISED AS A MEMBER OF THE FIGHT CREW. THE MEMBER STATUS GRANTS YOU ACCESS TO TRAINING PROGRAMS, THE FIGHT CREW MANUAL, SPECIAL MERCHANDISE AND EVENTS.

PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

THE PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT WILL TAKE PLACE UNDER THE COMMAND OF ANASS THE MENACE. HIS METHODS OF TRAINING ARE BRUTAL BUT GIVE SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTS.

GUIDANCE FROM A FIGHTER

ANASS HAS FOUGHT AS A PROFESSIONAL FIGHTER AND HAS TRAINED MANY OTHER FIGHTERS FOR THEIR BOUTS. YOU’RE GETTING GUIDANCE FROM A FIGHTER THAT HAS WALKED THE WALK. HE KNOWS WHAT IT TAKES TO BRING OUT THE FIGHTER IN YOU.

NOT ONLY WILL HE TEACH YOU HOW TO FIGHT BUT HE WILL ALSO TAKE CARE OF THE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING ASPECT OF THE PROGRAM. YOU WILL LEARN NEW METHODS OF TRAINING THAT WILL GET YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

BEFORE ADMISSION TO THE PROGRAM, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WRITE A MOTIVATIONAL LETTER WITH REASONING OF WHY YOU WANT TO JOIN THE PROGRAM, WHAT YOUR GOALS ARE AND WHAT YOUR MOTIVATION IS. AFTER ACCEPTANCE WE WILL TAKE YOU IN AND DO A HEALTH CHECK AND TAKE MEASUREMENTS OF YOUR BODY, WE ALSO TAKE A BEFORE PICTURE OF YOU PHYSICAL STATE FOR COMPARISON WITH THE AFTER PICTURE AT THE END OF THE PROGRAM. DURING THE HEALTH CHECK WE WILL ALSO SET UP YOUR PERSONAL GOALS THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE DURING THE PROGRAM. (MENTAL AND PHYSICAL).

YOU WILL TRAIN 3 TIMES A WEEK WITH A TRAINER. 1 TRAINING WILL BE PHYSICALLY ENDURING, ANOTHER WILL BE TECHNICAL AND THE LAST WILL BE A COMBINATION OF THE TWO WITH A STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING TRAINING. EVERY WEEK YOU WILL LEARN NEW TECHNIQUES AND EXERCISES, YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED TO DO YOUR BEST. EVERYONE HAS A FIGHTER IN THEM.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE SOME BASIC SUPPLIES THAT WILL THAT WILL HELP YOU DO THE EXERCISES IN YOUR OWN SPACE AND TIME. SHARPENING THE WEAPONS AS THEY SAY. THESE ITEMS INCLUDE: HAND WRAPS, BOXING GLOVES, SHIN GUARDS, MOUTH GUARD AND A JUMP ROPE.

EVERY WEEK YOU WILL HAVE A NUTRITIONAL REVIEW WHERE YOU WILL BE WEIGHED AND YOUR DIET OF THE WEEK WILL BE OVERVIEWED BY A PROFESSIONAL NUTRITIONIST. THE NUTRITIONIST WILL MAKE ADJUSTMENTS ACCORDINGLY AND INFORM YOU AS NEEDED. DURING THE PROGRAM YOU WILL LEARN TO HAVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, A RESPONSIBLE DIET AND LEARN ALL ABOUT NUTRITION ESPECIALLY IN THE FORM OF FATS AND SUGARS. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE OF HIGH VALUE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

DURING THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL LEARN TO THINK AS A FIGHTER. YOU WILL BE LESS ANXIOUS DURING NORMAL DAY TO DAY EVENTS AND YOU WILL EXPERIENCE LESS STRESS IN YOUR LIFE. PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED BY REACHING SOLUTIONS. THE FOCUS WE TRY TO GIVE YOU DURING THE PROGRAM IS FOCUSED ON YOUR THOUGHTS AND MINDSET. BY FIGHTING YOUR THOUGHTS AND OVERCOMING THEM, YOU WILL HAVE MORE POWER OVER YOUR OWN BODY. THE FIGHT CREW CHALLENGES, MOTIVATES, INSPIRES AND TEACHES YOU THE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW TO RELEASE THE FIGHTER THAT IS IN YOU.
